Gonna go out on a limb and call this not a Fiat.
This is most likely a Zastava 750 aka Fio . The front end (emblem indent) and light fixture positions would support this theory, as well as the fact that the photo is taken on the island of Bra in Croatia, once Yugoslavia, the homeland of Zastava: http://www.bandwmag.com/galleries/colo…

Sorry if I came over a bit anal, the basis for the Zastava 750 is, of course, Fiat 600. :)
